Peace Tree Vietnam grants PeaceTrees Vietnam Scholarship school year 2020-2021

(QTO) - This morning, November 22, 2020, PeaceTrees Vietnam (PeaceTrees Vietnam) held a PeaceTrees Vietnam scholarship awarding ceremony school year 2020-2021 to 220 students in the province with a total value of more than 600 million dong.

Specifically, 124 primary and secondary school students received scholarships of 1.3 million VND / year / child; 96 high school students received a scholarship of 3.45 million / year / child. The students receiving this scholarship are all children of mine / UXO accident victims; students belong to poor, near-poor households; Students with disabilities in the whole province have made many efforts, achieved good results in study and practice.

It is known that this is the 15th year that the Vietnam Peace Tree Organization has organized a program to award scholarships to students with difficult circumstances. Thereby, thousands of students are energized, have more conditions to go to school, nurture their dreams of the future to become useful people for society.
